The collection contains records of the Office Operations and Sustainability. Included in the collection are the the records of a wide range of campus businesses, operations and services such as the Log House Craft Gallery, the College Rental Housing Program, Dining Services, Conference Services, the College Post Office, Regulatory Affairs, Facilities Management, and Sustainability Programs.

Abstract
The Office of Operations and Sustainability provides strategic direction to a diverse portfolio of auxiliary businesses, campus operations and professional services, The office also directs the College’s sustainability strategies and initiatives and coordinates community and governmental relations. The Office is comprised of the following: Auxiliary Businesses: Student Crafts Industries*, Log House Craft Gallery, SCOTS (Student Crafts on the Square), Berea College Store*, College Rental Housing Program, Commercial Real Estate Operations, Boone Tavern* Campus Operations: Dining Services, Printing Services*, Conference Services, College Forest*, College Post Office Campus Services: Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs and Counsel, Continuous Improvement, Facilities Management, Sustainability Programs, Capital Projects Management, Human Resources* *=due to the past organizational history of the College, these departments have individual record groups separate from the Office of Operations and Sustainability
