Report of the Long Range Planning Committee Subcommittee VII: On the Christian Commitment

Report detailing work done to analyze the importance and effect of the Christian Commitment at Berea College. The issues discussed include: the thought behind the Christian Commitment, how it had been interpreted in the past, whether that provides direction for the future, and how this commitment should be interpreted today in all aspects of college life. Additional discussions include how Berea could implement service as a way of building the community, the relationship between the Christian Commitment and its development and investment policies, and the role of community worship in a college lifestyle.
