The Office of Vice President for Alumni and College Relations is responsible for providing administrative oversight for securing endowment and annual fund support for the college, creating and disseminating information about the college and leading efforts to expand the circle of alumni and friends who are concerned with the welfare of the college.  The Office is currently made up of the following divisions: Advancement Services, Alumni Relations, Annual Giving, Development Operations and Prospect Research, Donor Relations and Communications, Major and Planned Gifts, and Marketing and Communications.

Print matter lists individuals who were guests on the 1898 excursion; description of supplies provided; route of thirty-one day excursion. Description also provided of Berea Commencement camping opportunities on campus. "Register early to secure best saddle horses."
