Abstract
William H. Robe was an ordained Baptist minister (1888) who later taught woodworking at Berea College from 1893 until 1898. Robe was married to Mary R. Robe and they had a daughter, Mary Hannah Robe Staats. Robe lived in Berea for much of his life and owned land, although he was not a native Berean.
