The folder of personal data includes hand-written and typed notes and two printed items, one from a 1930 performance of "The Royal Family" at the Guignol Theatre in Lexington, Kentucky, and the other announcing the 1938-39 courses of the Boston University College of Music Department of Church Music.

Irene Ziegler (later, Irene Ziegler Hill) was a music educator who served on the faculty of Berea College from 1929 until 1939. This small collection of ephemera, clippings, letters, and photographs documents some of her work at Berea, focusing primarily on her leadership of the Glee Club and other student ensembles.
