Scope and Contents From the Series: The first series contains correspondence to and from Chester Young, as well as some correspondence belonging to his parents, spanning the years 1898 to 1993. Two subseries exist within the larger series: Personal Correspondence and Student Correspondence. The arrangement follows Young’s own, original arrangement, resulting in some ordered alphabetically by sender and some ordered chronologically.
