The scripts are arranged chronologically.

Method of Acquisition

This collection of over 40 original play scripts was turned over to the Berea College Special Collections and Archives in May of 1999 by Director of the Theatre Laboratory, Alycia Vince-Howard. According to Dr. Vince-Howard, the Actors Theatre of Louisville donated the scripts to the Berea College Theatre Laboratory a few years earlier.

Processing Information

In March of 2010, the plays were surveyed and pre-processed by Student Archives Assistant, and senior Theatre major, Stephanie Radford. Final processing, arrangement and original finding aid were completed by Berea College Archivist, Jaime M. Bradley. The finding aid was revised in March 2014.
