Series 3: Correspondence: board communications and correspondence of the Board to the college campus and others;

Series 4: Meeting Minutes - meeting minutes of the Board of Trustees;

Series 5: Meeting Agendas and Materials - agendas and materials utilized for Board Meetings and committee meetings held during official board meetings;

Series 6: Assorted Records - assorted materials and records of the Board of Trustees including directories, lists of members, Peck notes, and other; and,

Series 7: Trustee Member Correspondence and Materials - includes correspondence of individual trustees and other materials such as clippings, biographies, and photographs.
