Scope and Contents
This collection consists of audio and video recordings of class lectures, concerts, and interviews of Appalachian scholar and folklorist Cratis Williams during the period 1971-1985. The material includes Williams' several appearances at Berea College and other institutions during the 1970s and video interviews from the early 1980s with Williams and others that were recorded as part of a documentary project on Williams' life and work.
