This series consists of correspondence from abroad, travel notes, diary excerpts, and photographs that document Hutchins^’ travels to India, Iran, Italy, Mexico, Turkey, and other countries. Also present are miscellaneous travel notes and diary excerpts (1918-1939) which form a record of Hutchins^’ travel and augment comments made in his correspondence to family members. Photographs from these trips and travel in Italy, Syria, Israel, and other countries are also present. Note: Copyright retained by Francis S.
