The majority of this series consists of miscellaneous clippings, arranged chronologically. There are also several clipping folders on specific topics. Three notebooks of clippings arranged chronologically have been maintained intact instead of interfiling with the loose clippings. Also included are magazine articles, miscellaneous correspondence, and two handbooks on the legal rights of the poor.
