Correspondence

This series includes all official general departmental correspondence, arranged chronologically, as well as interdepartmental correspondence (office memos etc.) under the heading "Staff Letters". Correspondence pertaining to a particular subject or person (such as a prospective faculty member, etc.) may be located in the personnel file of that individual or within a subject file pertaining to the matter.
