Personal and Biographical
Scope and Contents
This series consists of correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographs, dramatic scripts, and some personal financial information of Charles Shutt. Materials and photographs in this series shed some light on Shutt's early adulthood, 1915-1918, as well as his later years in Berea. For example, there are two complete issues of the "Wooster Voice" telling of Shutt's college graduation ceremonies, and a collection of Shutt's WWI draft registration cards (1915-1918). Also included are records of trips and correspondence regarding Shutt's 25th anniversary with Berea College.
