Scope and Contents
This series contains information concerning Chang's work in rural reconstruction in the U.S. and abroad. It contains reports, published papers and materials used in his college classes on this subject. It also contains data on two organizations Chang was involved in: Agricultural Missions and The China International Foundation. In addition there are materials and clippings on subjects such as, population, land reform, foreign aid, mass education and general information of Third World foreign affairs. Also included is information on Chang's trip back to the Far East in the 1960's. Miscellaneous papers and notes complete the series and the collection.
