Extracurricular involvements

The Extracurricular Involovements subseries comprises folders of information on Dr. Charles's work with student groups and campus initiatives. Topics include Onxy (the Black Student Literary Magazine), the Martin Luther King, Jr. committee and celebration, Black Ensemble, Black Student Union, Black History Week, Black History Month, and the Black Cultural Center. Of special note, this subseries includes many color slides of Black student activities that took place between 1974 and 1983.
