This series consists of the correspondence of the Council’s Executive Secretaries and Presidents; Commissioner’s Minutes, Board of Directors Minutes, and Executive Committee minutes; Articles of Incorporation, Constitution and By-laws including revisions; organizational charts, rules and procedures; and general administrative files regarding staff and employee policy, staff memoranda, meeting minutes, and resumes. The largest portion of the series consists of the 1951-1957 correspondence of Executive Director Perley F. Ayer and Board of Directors Minutes 1950-1970.
