The majority of photographs, slides, and negatives are not dated. Span dates are given, and these represent the earliest datable and latest datable photo in that file. Photographs from years outside these span dates could very well be in the files as well.

Archivist’s Note (2010): The photographs were digitized for a Berea Citizen article, then subsequently for Berea Digital. During this process I was able to establish reasonable circa dates or connect images to other dated images of the same event. Therefore, the photos were rehoused and organized.
