General Order No. 5 concerning the patroling of the Utuado, Puerto Rico area by U. S. troops "to the end that peace and order may continue." Autographed document signed. A typed note at the end states: "This General Order was issued to Cpl. Jarvis McFarland of Woodbine, Ky., while he was serving with the U. S. forces in P. R. Given to me by his son, E. C., April 22, 1962. Joe Barker."
