Scope and Contents
This series consists mostly of articles about Caudill, his works and issues associated with him, such as strip-mining. Publications represented include American Heritage, Mountain Life and Work, Kentucky Living and Appalachian Journal. Also of importance are the transcript of an extensive 1992 interview with Anne Frye Caudill and a three-ring binder of clippings and other material relating to Caudill’s death. Miscellaneous material including the invitation and program from a 1986 banquet and roast in Caudill’s honor and the printed program from Caudill’s funeral in 1990.
