This series contains ledgers and minutes for various businesses and organizations in the Berea Community from 1802 to 1914. Included are: Berea Bible Society Ledger containing secretary's report of the services between 1873-1904; correspondence and transcript of the minutes of the Berea Cemetery Association, 1872-1914; by-laws and honorary membership card for the Berea Hunters and Angler's Club, 1926-1927; Big Hill Pike Company receipt book for Gate #1, 1889-1896; Johnson and Moore store ledger of accounts, indexed by name, the items bought and prices, 1871-1872
