Scope and Contents
This series consists of 23 digital audio interview and performance recordings, some with CD use copies, made in 1983 as part of the process of producing the BBC-Wales documentaries "They Shall Take Up Serpents" and "Play It For the Trees."

These recordings were made as part of Michael Kline’s work as Folk Arts Coordinator at the Augusta Heritage Center of Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia. The original recordings are part of the Augusta Archive where they are also accessible.
