Abstract
In 1963 Korean-American writer Induk Pahk established a school in Seoul, South Korea, modeled after Berea College that she called “Berea in Korea.” Originally named the Induk Vocational School, the school became the Induk Institute of Design in 1971, and was renamed Induk University in 2009.
